We ship world wide with a few exceptions.
Due to local regulations, I’m unable to ship to the following states:
USPS has temporarily suspended shipments to the following countries due to limited transportation options or service disruptions within the country. We’re monitoring the status weekly and will update this list as countries are added or removed. If you’d like us to check if UPS is shipping to your country, please email support@panaeoluscoop.com
Restrictions vary country to country so please check your country’s importation and duty schedules so you’re aware of any fees, taxes or restrictions. Panaeolus Co-op is not responsible for importation fees, taxes or replacing lost, seized or confiscated packages.
If your country requires a Tax ID for international shipments, please make sure to include that number in the Tax ID field of your billing info so I can add it to the customs form.
The declared value of your order will be equal to your order total (not including shipping). This can not be adjusted.

Tracked orders are shipped in a padded envelope. Stamped orders are mailed in a “Thank you” card.
Orders usually ship within 1-2 days. If I’m experiencing delays beyond that, I’ll let you know.
Ground Advantage usually takes 2-5 days, Priority 2-3 days. First Class International and Stamped Mail can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on where you live.
If you selected USPS as the shipping carrier, you’ll receive an email with the link to track your package as soon as it’s shipped. Stamped mail does not include tracking.
I now offer Shipping Protection as an optional add-on at checkout. If something goes wrong, I’ll work directly with you to make it right. No third-party insurers, no police reports, and no jumping through unnecessary hoops. Read the full policy here.
There are 5 payment options available at checkout:
PayPal, Cash App and Venmo all allow you to pay with a debit or credit card, they just require that the card is linked to your account. If you prefer to pay with a card that isn’t linked to your account, select “Send me an invoice” and I’ll email you an invoice after I receive your order. Invoices are created manually so it may take a couple hours for you to receive it. If your order was placed in the evening/night Central time, you may not receive it until the following morning. Please note: invoices must be paid within 24 hours or your order will be canceled.
