Shipping Info

I ship world wide with a few exceptions.

United States: due to local regulations, I’m unable to ship to the following states:

  • California
  • Florida
  • Georgia
  • Idaho

International Orders (last updated 6/1/2025): Unfortunately, USPS has temporarily suspended shipments to the following countries due to limited transportation options or service disruptions within the country. I’m monitoring the status weekly and will update this list as countries are added or removed. If you’d like me to check if UPS is shipping to your country, please email support@panaeoluscoop.com

Rest of the world: Restrictions vary country to country so please check your country’s importation and duty schedules so you’re aware of any fees, taxes or restrictions. Panaeolus Co-op is not responsible for importation fees, taxes or replacing lost, seized or confiscated packages.

Tax ID: If your country requires a Tax ID for international shipments, please make sure to include that number in the Tax ID field of your billing info so I can add it to the shipping label. 

Customs Form: All orders shipped outside of the US will be described as “Research Samples” on the customs form and have Panaeolus Co-op as the signer by default. If you prefer more discreet shipping, please see the section below for additional options.

Discreet Shipping: For discreet shipping, please leave an order note that says “Discreet Shipping” and I will use the following:

  • Packaging: All orders are shipped in a plain, padded envelope.
  • Sender Name: I will use my name instead of Panaeolus Co-op on the shipping label (and customs form if international).
  • Customs Description: I will use the following descriptions based on your order:
    • Spore Prints only: Nature Print Art
    • Swab Sets only: Nature Print Art Tools
    • Spore Print & Swab Set combo: Nature Print Art & Tools

Declared Value: The declared value of your order will be equal to your order total (not including shipping). This can not be adjusted.

Processing: Orders usually ship within 1-2 days. If I’m experiencing delays beyond that, I’ll email you to let you know.

Delivery: Ground Advantage usually takes 3-5 days, Priority 2-3 days and Global can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on where you live.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and link to track your package. Most countries support door to door tracking, however, there are a few that aren’t fully integrated with the global tracking system and stop updating once the package reaches the destination country. If you notice this, don’t be worried, it should still be in transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Due to the nature of the products, shipping insurance is not available through any of the carriers. If your package is lost in transit, I can help with filing a missing package claim, but please note that I cannot guarantee delivery or offer replacements for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, it is out of my control.

Payment Options

There are 4 payment options available at checkout: PayPal, Cash App, Venmo and Send me an invoice. All 4 options allow you to pay with a debit or credit card, the first 3 (PayPal, Cash App and Venmo), just require that your card is linked to your account. If you prefer to pay with a card that is not linked to your account, select “Send me an invoice” and I’ll email you an invoice after I receive your order. Please note, invoices must be paid within 24 hours or your order will be canceled.
